To bring an award home from the glittering Awards Gala Dinner which is held in the Jurys Inn Hinkley Island; near Birmingham, would help our business profile and champion our cause of "Use your Local Florist".
It would also emphasise the fantastic shopping opportunities that are available in our home town of Blairgowrie and what a lovely day out browsing our shops can be. Away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities.
As a business ourselves we have noticed a sharp increase of visitors popping into town from Dundee and Perth for a special gift or bespoke arrangement. Usually while in the town they also take advantage of the many cafe's and restaurants around about our shop.
The Awards themselves are hosted by the BFA to coincide with the FleurEx19 Industry shop which runs over the weekend of 26th and 27th October where we will get the opportunity of talking to some of our suppliers and industry designers as we all look to the future of the industry.
We look forward with anticipation to the weekend and hope to come home with some new ideas and inspiration. Who knows maybe even a trophy or two.
Thank you to all whom have voted and shared the voting link . The voting closes on Sunday so if you haven't done so it would help make our trip so rewarding if we could bring this home to Scotland.
